Some of our products are made to order. Please factor in the printing and delivery times when placing your order - thank you. If you have an urgent order please email louise@impack.ie and we will endeavour to dispatch asap.
Please note: Impack Design are not liable for any vat or duty payments on goods arriving in the UK.
For UK deliveries these are ‘Delivered at Place’ (DAP) – net price and delivery costs are shown, and the customer is liable to pay the VAT and customs duty.
This may be collected by the courier or national postal service and goods may be withheld until payment is received.
Printing Times
• Please allow 1-4 working days before dispatch.
Shipping via An Post:
• Estimated delivery time 1 - 3 days within ROI
• Estimated delivery time 3 - 5 days Northern Ireland/UK/EU
• Estimated delivery time 7 - 14 days Outside of Europe
Packets will be sent by An Post.
Delivery times are estimated times only and are not guaranteed delivery dates, There may be delays if the items are held by customs.
